Hm, yes there are. Just that you won't be fluent by knowing the grammar only. I am a German Tutor, if you like I can research for you a book that contains all grammar if you like. It should contain A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 Level grammar. Usually course books contain that all, but I see you'd like a book that contains it all. Let me know.
